Room was fairly clean, bathroom corners could use an extra cleaning on occasion. Bed was comfortable. Great value for the price. Breakfast was pretty standard. Not bad, just could use a change once in a while, exactly the same for 4 straight days. Staff was a little mono-tone. No smiles. but also no issues. Overall above average for the price and location I needed for a conference at Great Wolf Lodge down the street. But could so easily be well above average with some minor improvements. will be back.

Comfort Suites was really comfortable and a great affordable stay for someone wanting to hang out at Kings Island theme park. Was close by to heaps of different food options and had great services on the property as well. I had a really great time there!
